Cure-All Elixir would mainly benefit a disease-focused deck that can reliably control a disease permanent and wants to turn its removal into both a powerful attack boost and life gain, especially an aggressive, resource-efficient deck that can continue attacking after playing a non-attack action; outside that strategy, paying 1 resource for +3 Power and Go again is generally underwhelming. If you only want the attack boost, cards such as Nimblism or other zero-cost attack-enhancement effects are usually more efficient, while if Phantom Strike is available in your format and has its comparable free +3-and-Go-again effect, it is plainly better for that role. Cure-All Elixir should therefore see play only in a deck where curing a disease is frequent and valuable; otherwise, it is likely too narrow for competitive inclusion.
