Drop Dead Bodice costs 0 and is best in aggressive Necromancer decks that can create and deliberately send several Zombie tokens to the graveyard in one turn, converting those deaths into resources to extend a go-wide turn, pay for attack reactions, or cover Arcane Barrier costs; it is substantially weaker in lists that only make one Zombie at a time or do not reliably sacrifice them. Its Arcane Barrier 1 gives it useful matchup coverage against arcane decks, but because activating its resource effect destroys the equipment, it should primarily be viewed as a one-turn resource burst rather than persistent defense. Whether a better chest exists depends on the hero and format: a class-legal chest piece that provides repeatable resources, stronger armor value, or a more reliable turn-cycle effect is generally better for consistency, while Drop Dead Bodice is the stronger choice specifically when the deck can capitalize on multiple Zombie deaths immediately. It should see play as a matchup
