**Sprout Strength (2)** is a generic 2-cost, 2-resource power pump that gives your next attack +2 power total (stacked as two +1 effects) and **Go again**, so it fits best in budget or very low-curve aggressive decks that simply want extra attack modifiers to push damage, especially in limited formats like Draft/Sealed where efficient blues and strong class-specific pumps are scarce. However, in most constructed decks it is outclassed: cards like **Razor Reflex** (0-cost +3 with a powerful on-hit effect), **Scar for a Scar** (0-cost 4 power with go again), **Snatch** (card draw on hit), or strong class-specific pumps (e.g., Ninja’s **Art of War**, Warrior reactions, etc.) provide better rate, pressure, or utility. Because it costs 2 resources for only +2 power and no additional upside beyond go again, it is generally inefficient for competitive play and would rarely see play outside limited formats or very budget builds.
