Fluid Motion is best suited for Wizard or other spell-heavy, non-attack-action–focused decks (such as Kano or Verdance-style builds) that can reliably “create” cards—like auras, tokens, or other generated permanents—before playing it, since it only gains go again if you’ve created a card that turn; however, because it costs 3 resources and offers no inherent damage boost or disruptive effect on its own, it tends to be inefficient compared to stronger blue pitch staples like **Energy Potion**, **Potion of Deja Vu**, or other proactive setup or tempo cards that either guarantee value or synergize more directly with arcane damage game plans, meaning Fluid Motion is generally fringe at best and would only see play in highly synergistic, creation-heavy combo builds rather than competitive mainstream lists.
