However, because it is card‑neutral and doesn’t directly add damage, it’s generally weaker than premium consistency tools like Art of War (which provides both filtering and powerful buffs), Enlightened Strike (flexible stats plus filtering), or even Ancestral Empowerment in combo builds. In most competitive Ninja lists, deck slots are tight and Raise Blades is usually cut for cards that either extend the combat chain or push damage, so while it can be playable in niche combo or budget builds, it typically doesn’t see play in optimized lists.
