**Rush of Power (1)** would primarily benefit aggressive Runeblade decks that can consistently grant it **go again**, such as Briar (pre-rotation formats) or Vynnset builds that can reliably sequence non-attack actions before swinging; the Quickstrike bonus makes it more efficient when go again is active, and the extra 1 arcane damage on hit adds layered pressure, which Runeblades value for pushing breakpoints. However, compared to staple Runeblade attacks like **Snatch**, **Revel in Runeblood**, **Bounding Demigon**, or even efficient zero-cost go-again attacks depending on format, Rush of Power is generally below rate because it requires setup to be above vanilla efficiency and only deals 1 arcane on hit, which is minor and preventable.
