Sharp ’n Shine is best in a sword-focused Warrior deck—particularly one that can repeatedly put +1POWER counters on a weapon in the same turn and capitalize on the Blade Dance token—rather than in a generic weapon deck that only attacks once with its sword. It can support heroes using weapons such as Dawnblade or Cintari Sabers, but its payoff is conditional: a single counter is only a temporary +1 attack, while the token requires a second Sharpen effect. For straightforward weapon damage, cards such as **Ironsong Response** are generally stronger because they provide a much larger immediate power boost during the combat chain, while more proactive Warrior buffs may better support a key weapon swing. Sharp ’n Shine should see play mainly as a synergy piece in a dedicated Sharpen/Blade Dance build or in Limited; it is usually not efficient enough for competitive Constructed lists unless the deck can reliably trigger its two-counter clause.
