“War” as described doesn’t look like a normal playable deck card at all: a token with only “This product is a token” and no real cost or effect would generally not benefit any deck, because it does nothing by itself unless some very specific card in the game cares about tokens entering, leaving, or being present. In almost any case, a deck would prefer a real functional card over this, so the “better card” is effectively any card that advances your game plan, generates value, blocks efficiently, or creates tempo; this token should not see play in constructed decks unless a niche combo or rules interaction explicitly requires it, and even then it would be more of a rules object than a deck choice.
