Concoct Disorder fits best in disruptive, tempo-oriented decks that don’t rely heavily on their own arsenal but are happy to pressure the opponent’s hand and sequencing—particularly heroes that can capitalize on opponents being forced to awkwardly manage face-down arsenal cards (such as aggressive Runeblades, Assassins, or other go-wide strategies that value incidental disruption plus conditional go again). The card is strongest in metas where arsenal control or disruption matters and where both players are likely to get a card into arsenal, reliably turning on go again; however, because it symmetrically affects both heroes and doesn’t guarantee meaningful disruption (sometimes helping the opponent fix arsenal), it is generally weaker than more targeted disruption like Command and Conquer (which threatens arsenal destruction and hand pressure) or Ravenous Rabble / other efficient red go-again attacks that provide more consistent rate.
