Path of Repentance costs 0 and is a niche leg slot for Shadow decks, especially Chane, that routinely accumulate face-up blood debt cards in banishment and need an emergency way to avoid lethal end-of-turn blood-debt damage; it is far less useful for Levia, who normally clears blood debt by consuming six-power cards rather than leaving it banished. In competitive Chane, Spellbound Creepers is generally the better leg equipment because its action-point generation enables powerful turns, while Snapdragon Scalers can also be preferable for go-wide, attack-action-heavy builds. Path of Repentance is worth considering only as a budget option or specific defensive metagame choice when blood debt is regularly the reason you lose, but it should not usually be the default equipment choice.
