Abyssal Rush

About Abyssal Rush

Abyssal Rush, action, first released in September 2026 in the set Usurp the Shadow Throne. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.26.

Abyssal Rush best fits **Shadow go-wide / banish-zone tempo decks**, especially **Chane-style Shadow Runeblade** shells and possibly **Vynnset** builds that want extra Shadow non-attack actions to extend turns; it is much less attractive in **Levia**, because Levia usually prefers high-power Brute attacks and blood-debt mitigation over a conditional “if it hits” go-again setup. The upside is that it pitches blue, can be played from banish, has go again itself, and turns a Shadow attack into a chain extender if it connects; the downside is that paying 1 resource for no damage and only conditional go again is clunky, and Blood Debt punishes you if it sits banished. In most tuned lists, **Shadow Puppetry is the cleaner/better card** because it costs 0, gives the next attack +1 power, go again, and an on-hit banish effect, while **Seeping Shadows** is closer if you specifically need a play-from-banish enabler that grants actual go again, and **Beseech the Demigon** is a cheaper utility opt
