Comet Collision (2) fits best in a Wizard deck that consistently plays at instant speed and can reliably trigger **Starfall**, most notably Kano, Dracai of Aether, who regularly plays instants on both turns and can set up graveyard conditions to turn this into a 3 arcane damage breakpoint. It’s most attractive in aggressive or tempo-focused Kano builds that want cheap, flexible arcane damage to pressure life totals or pick off small allies, especially in blue pitch (if applicable) to fuel resource-heavy turns.
