Deadly Display (yellow) is most useful in a weapon-centric deck that can reliably Sharpen a weapon during the same turn and can convert the Flurry token into additional pressure, making it a natural consideration for Warriors or other heroes built around repeated weapon attacks rather than attack-action-card damage; outside that specific package, it is merely a conditional +2 power effect and is usually not efficient enough to justify a slot. **Spoils of War** is generally the better standalone weapon-buff card when its on-hit payoff is relevant, while more consistent weapon attack reactions such as **Ironsong Response** can be preferable when you only need efficient damage or combat tricks; Deadly Display should therefore see play only in a dedicated Sharpen/Flurry build, preferably as a supporting yellow pitch card rather than a core damage card.
