Reverse Psychology best suits a go-wide aggro deck that can repeatedly attack while intentionally remaining behind on life, since each attack that hits converts into an additional point of damage to the higher-life opponent; it is most appealing in multiplayer/UPF games, where picking the vulnerable higher-life hero makes the wager easier to win. In normal one-on-one play it is very conditional: you must be behind on life, your attacks must connect, and failed attacks cost you life when you are already losing, so reliable, independently powerful attack actions or damage reactions are usually better than spending a card on this effect. Unless a particular format or deck can consistently exploit multiple near-guaranteed hits while below its opponent's life total, Reverse Psychology is more of a fun political/high-variance card than a competitive inclusion and generally should not see serious play.
