About Storm World
Storm World, World enchantment, designed by Christopher Rush first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 57.07.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and aims to deplete the opponent's hand quickly would benefit from using Storm World, as it punishes opponents for holding onto cards. However, there are potentially better options like Underworld Dreams or Ankh of Mishra which provide consistent damage without relying on the opponent's hand size, making them more versatile choices for decks looking to pressure opponents. Overall, while Storm World can be situationally powerful, it may not see widespread play due to its reliance on specific board states to be effective.
Rules
10/01/08
This has the supertype world. When a world permanent enters the battlefield, any world permanents that were already on the battlefield are put into their owners’ graveyards. This is a state-based action called the “world rule.” The new world permanent stays on the battlefield. If two world permanents enter the battlefield at the same time, they’re both put into their owners’ graveyards.
