Weeping Battleground

About Weeping Battleground

Weeping Battleground, Runeblade defense reaction, first released in February 2026 in the set GEM Pack 4 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.26.

Weeping Battleground benefits **aura-graveyard Runeblade** decks: lists already playing aura cards like **Sigil of Silphidae** and **Sigil of Gravespawning**, especially grindier Runeblade builds that can turn defense reactions into chip arcane pressure; the red version is the real consideration because it costs 0, blocks 3, and can add 1 arcane damage by banishing an aura from graveyard, while yellow/blue lose too much block value. ([cards.fabtcg.com](https://cards.fabtcg.com/card/weeping-battleground-1/?utm_source=openai)) It gets much better if **Sigil of Gravespawning** is active, because Weeping moving an aura out of graveyard can also trigger another 1 arcane damage, making the card effectively a strong defensive tempo piece.
