Are the pulled cards random and are the odds realistic?
Yes. Each card is picked at random from GEM Pack 1, weighted by its rarity. You can tweak how many cards of each rarity are pulled yourself in the Booster settings panel if you want looser or tighter odds.

Yes, there is no limit. After a pack is revealed, click "Open another booster" to shuffle and open a new one from the same set instantly.
