Runic Disposition fits best in a Runechant-dense Runeblade deck—particularly one that can reliably make Runechants every turn and wants to convert a Runechant’s usual 1 arcane damage into an extra 2 physical power—making it effectively a 4-power-for-2 attack when Usurp is live, while its discard-to-create-a-Runechant mode gives it useful flexibility when it is awkward to play; it is therefore more appealing to proactive Runechant lists than to generic Runeblade builds that cannot consistently supply the token.
