About Jump
Jump, Instant, designed by Mark Poole first released in Aug, 1993 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 14 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.62.
This card, Jump, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and evasion, such as a blue tempo or aggro deck. While Jump provides a temporary flying ability to a creature, there are indeed better cards with similar effects like Favorable Winds or Aerial Formation that offer more lasting benefits or additional effects. Overall, Jump could see situational play in decks looking to close out games quickly or surprise opponents with unexpected flying threats.
Rules
10/01/09
To work as an evasion ability, an attacking creature must already have flying when the declare blockers step begins. Once a creature has become blocked, giving it flying won’t change that.
