This card, Frost Lock, would be a great addition to a control-focused Elemental ranger deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's resource management and limit their card plays. Its ability to increase the cost of cards and abilities for the opponent can be quite powerful in slowing down their game plan. While there may be other cards with similar effects, Frost Lock's additional benefit when fused makes it a strong contender for inclusion in such a deck, especially against opponents reliant on low-cost cards.
