Constella Waves is best suited for arcane‑damage–focused Wizard decks in Flesh and Blood—especially Kano, Dracai of Aether or Iyslander builds that aim to push incremental arcane damage on the opponent’s turn—because the **Amp 1** effect slightly increases the next instance of arcane damage, helping push through damage against Arcane Barrier or setting up lethal breakpoints in combo turns. However, since it requires tapping your hero and destroying the equipment for only +1 damage, the payoff is quite small compared to stronger Wizard arm pieces like **Storm Striders** (which enables powerful instant‑speed combo turns and is widely considered best‑in‑slot) or even more flexible defensive equipment that preserves survivability; therefore, Constella Waves is generally underpowered and would only see niche or budget play rather than competitive inclusion.
