Personal Tutor, Sorcery, designed by D. Alexander Gregory first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 363.96.
This card would benefit a deck that relies heavily on specific sorcery cards to achieve its win condition, such as a combo deck or a control deck with powerful sorceries. While Personal Tutor can be useful for tutoring a specific sorcery card, there are better options available like Mystical Tutor, which can search for any instant or sorcery card, providing more versatility.
