Saltskitter, Creature — wurm, designed by Chippy first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.39.

A deck that focuses on creature recursion or ETB (enter the battlefield) effects would benefit from using Saltskitter, as it can repeatedly trigger those effects. However, there are better options available, such as Restoration Angel or Flickerwisp, which offer similar abilities but with more control and flexibility. Saltskitter could see play in a casual or themed deck, but in competitive settings, it may not be the most optimal choice.
