Singeing Flowstride (3) fits best in an aggressive Lightning-focused Runeblade deck that can consistently grant go again—most notably Aurora, Shooting Star builds that aim to go wide and trigger multiple on-attack and on-hit effects while generating Lightning Flow tokens for value. Because its arcane damage clause only turns on if it already has go again, it’s strongest in lists packed with natural go again Lightning cards or reliable enablers, letting it function as both pressure and incremental arcane chip. However, compared to premium Runeblade staples like Swarming Gloomveil (which has inherent go again and strong scaling), Mauvrion Skies (which efficiently buffs and grants evasion), or other high-pressure 1-cost go again attacks, Singeing Flowstride is slightly conditional and lower impact on rate.
