Demonic Rising, Enchantment, designed by Trevor Claxton first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.48.
This card, Demonic Rising, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the board with a small number of powerful creatures, allowing you to consistently create additional threats each turn. However, there are better options such as Bitterblossom, which creates a 1/1 flying Faerie token at the beginning of your upkeep for just 1 B, providing a quicker and more consistent token generation. Demonic Rising could see play in a more casual or thematic deck, but for competitive play, there are stronger alternatives available.
