Razor Reflex (3) is mainly useful in low-resource aggressive decks that make frequent sword or dagger attacks—especially Warrior weapon decks such as Dorinthea or Olympia—or in Ninja-style decks that chain several attack action cards costing 1 or less, since the go-again clause can extend a hit into another attack; however, the blue version’s single point of power is usually too low to justify a card slot, and specialized cards are generally better, such as Ironsong Response in Warrior sword builds for a much larger weapon-attack boost, or stronger class- and archetype-specific attack reactions and go-again attacks in Ninja decks. It may be playable as a flexible pitch-3 utility card when your deck heavily relies on cheap attacks or needs extra blue cards, but it should not see play in most competitive lists because its effect is modest, conditional, and often weaker than simply including more efficient attack actions, attack reactions, or resource-generating cards.
