Activate Helm of Obedience's ability to make opponent mill cards until X cards are put into their graveyard
Wheel of Sun and Moon creates a replacement effect where any card sent to the graveyard is instead thrown to the bottom of the deck.
This creates an infinite loop that forces a draw as no cards are sent to the graveyard.
