Pull from Beyond is best in a yellow-heavy deck that can consistently set up a yellow card with Opt 2 and has a meaningful payoff for creating Gate to i’Arathael tokens; it is particularly appealing in decks that want cheap go-again actions, benefit from banishing cards, or need to smooth awkward hands while enabling their Gate-based game plan. It is not a universally powerful generic card, since it does not add damage, block well relative to dedicated defense cards, and can fail to make a Gate if your deck is not built around yellow density. There is no strictly better replacement if your specific goal is to Opt 2 and create a Gate for 0 resources, but stronger pure-value cards or more threatening attacks are usually preferable in decks that do not actively exploit Gates. It should see play only as a focused enabler in a yellow-dense Gate deck, rather than as a general-purpose inclusion.
