The Codex of Inertia (2) would be particularly beneficial in a control-oriented Assassin Ranger deck that aims to disrupt opponents' strategies while generating card advantage. By forcing each hero to discard a card after putting a card into their arsenal, it can hinder their ability to execute their game plan effectively. However, there are arguably stronger options available, such as Ravenous Rabble for aggressive decks or Command and Conquer for disruption, depending on the meta. Ultimately, while Codex of Inertia has its merits, it may not see widespread play unless the meta shifts towards slower, more control-focused strategies where its disruption can shine.
