Kyloria, the Draconic illusionist, would be a valuable addition to a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's resources. While Kyloria's ability to gain control of an item can be powerful, it may be situational and dependent on the opponent having valuable items. Other cards like Mind Control or Control Magic might offer more consistent value in controlling the opponent's resources. However, Kyloria could still see play in a deck that aims to outvalue the opponent through card advantage and resource manipulation.
