Overbear is best in a weapon-focused Warrior deck—especially Dorinthea—because it lets a weapon attack be defended by only one card from hand while its Go again preserves your action point for another attack, creating strong two-weapon turns; however, as a generic 0-cost setup card, it usually gives up too much card value because it provides no attack boost and only works with weapon attacks, so it is mainly a budget, casual, or highly weapon-centric inclusion rather than a competitive staple.
