This Death Touch card would be beneficial in a control-oriented deck that focuses on debuffing and disrupting the opponent's strategy. While the restriction of not being able to play it from hand may limit its immediate impact, the potential to create powerful tokens like Frailty, Inertia, or Bloodrot Pox can greatly hinder the opponent's game plan. However, there may be better cards available depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as cards that provide more immediate value or have synergies with other cards in the deck. Overall, Death Touch could see play in certain decks that prioritize disruption and control tactics.
