Hold Focus is een waardevolle toevoeging aan een Wizard deck dat zich richt op het efficiënt toebrengen van arcane damage door zijn potentieel te vergroten via de Amp ability. Hoewel het misschien niet de meest opvallende kaart is, kan zijn vermogen om de damage output op te voeren met name nuttig zijn in decks die games snel willen afsluiten of tegenstanders willen verrassen met burst damage.
