This card, Mangle, would be beneficial in a deck focused on dealing consistent damage to heroes and disrupting their equipment. It could be particularly effective in a deck that aims to control the board by removing key equipment pieces from opponents. However, depending on the specific strategy of the deck, there may be better options available, such as cards that provide more immediate value or have a broader impact on the game. Overall, Mangle could see play in the right deck build, but its effectiveness would depend on the overall strategy and synergy within the deck.
