Permanent Interment (3) is most appealing in a **Shadow deck that over-banishes and needs a Blood Debt safety valve**, especially casual/Living Legend **Chane** or slower **Vynnset** lists that can give it go again or have spare resources; turning face-up Shadow cards face-down can stop Blood Debt from triggering because Blood Debt only triggers while its source is public in banish, but that same move also turns off your ability to use those cards later, so it is defensive cleanup more than proactive engine.
