Pull from Beyond is het beste in een geel-zwaar kaartspel dat consequent een gele kaart kan opleveren met Optie 2 en een betekenisvolle uitbetaling heeft voor het maken van Gate to i’Arathael-tokens; het is vooral aantrekkelijk in decks die goedkope go-again-acties willen, profiteren van het verbannen van kaarten of ongemakkelijke handen moeten gladstrijken terwijl ze hun op Gate gebaseerde spelplan mogelijk maken. Het is geen universeel krachtige generieke kaart, omdat deze geen schade aanricht, goed blokkeert in vergelijking met speciale verdedigingskaarten en er mogelijk niet in slaagt een poort te maken als je kaartspel niet rond gele dichtheid is opgebouwd. Er is geen strikt betere vervanging als het je specifieke doel is om 2 te kiezen en een Gate voor 0 grondstoffen te creëren, maar sterkere kaarten met pure waarde of meer bedreigende aanvallen hebben meestal de voorkeur in kaartspellen die Gates niet actief exploiteren.
