Vynserakai, the Draconic illusionist, would be a valuable addition to a deck focused on dealing consistent damage and controlling the board through arcane damage. While his ability to deal 3 arcane damage upon hitting a hero is useful, there may be better cards available depending on the strategy of the deck. Cards that provide additional utility or synergize better with the overall game plan may be more beneficial.
