About Commit to Corruption

Commit to Corruption, Necromancer action, designed by None first released in september 2026 in the set Armory Deck: Malice.

Commit to Corruption best suits aggressive Necromancer decks, especially Gravy Bones builds that attack repeatedly and can convert Corrupted Corpses in the banished zone into later value; as a zero-cost, go-again setup card, it efficiently turns a wide turn into both +3 power and a resource for the hero/class payoff. It is weaker in lists that cannot reliably make use of Corrupted Corpses, since a card such as Razor Reflex can provide the same +3 power at instant speed as an attack reaction, making it harder for an opponent to block optimally, though Razor Reflex does not create a Corpse. Commit to Corruption is therefore not universally better, but it should see play in dedicated aggressive Necromancer decks that value Corpse generation and have enough attacks to make its action-speed buff reliable.
