Cruelclaw's Heist could be a valuable addition to a control or midrange deck looking to disrupt the opponent's strategy by removing key nonland cards from their hand. While the ability to gift a card and potentially cast it later adds an interesting twist, the high cost of B B may limit its efficiency compared to other removal spells like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats.
