Big Blinder is only worth considering in aggressive sword-based Warrior decks—particularly Dorinthea, Kassai, or Olympia builds—that can make their sword attacks connect consistently and can meaningfully exploit the Flurry token; it is not a generic weapon buff and is effectively unplayable outside sword strategies. Even there, it is usually weaker than **Ironsong Response**, which provides a larger +3 weapon-attack boost at instant-speed as an attack reaction and can generate card advantage when the weapon attack is defended by an attack action card. Big Blinder’s wager upside can be attractive in a dedicated Flurry/wager shell, but losing the wager whenever the attack is stopped makes it unreliable, so it should generally be a niche synergy inclusion rather than a staple; most competitive sword decks should prioritize efficient attack reactions and more consistent weapon buffs first.
