This card, Celestial Resolve (1), would benefit a Light illusionist deck that focuses on boosting attack action cards with the Herald trait. While it provides a significant +5{d} boost to a specific type of card, it may be more situational compared to other cards that offer more versatile or consistent effects. Players may consider including this card if their deck heavily relies on Herald attack action cards, but there may be better options available depending on the overall strategy and synergy of the deck.
