This card, Celestial Resolve, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on Herald attack action cards, as it provides a significant boost of +3{d}. It could work well in a deck that aims to quickly overwhelm opponents with powerful Herald attacks. However, depending on the specific strategy of the deck, there may be better cards available that offer more versatile or impactful effects. It's worth considering the overall synergy and effectiveness of the deck before deciding if Celestial Resolve should see play.
