However, it’s generally considered below rate compared to stronger Guardian options like **Tectonic Plating** (repeatable Seismic Surge generation without spending a card), **Seismic Surge–creating attacks** like **Rouse the Ancients**, or simply more efficient blues and impactful threats, since Distant Rumbling costs a card and resources for delayed value and no immediate board impact.
